At f7, our mission is to identify today’s exceptional operators and catalyze their transformation into tomorrow’s future-defining leaders and founders. That’s why we’re launching our first-ever f7 Catalysts, to recognize and connect the top operators building from 0 to 1 at fast-growing companies. The best operators are often the ones with their heads down, getting the work done. We want to recognize their efforts and shine a light on their greatness.
f7 Catalysts: The Ones Who Get Shit Done
The f7 Catalyst List is designed to celebrate ambitious individuals driving real change in their companies, communities, and society. They are the changemakers who get shit done. They are the ones called upon when there is a hairy, ambiguous problem that seems intractable. And they are the ones with the grit and drive to make things happen, the ones who make it possible for their companies to fundamentally reshape the future. At f7, we’ve identified five key attributes that underscore the makings of a true Catalyst:

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for top operators in the US who have built or are currently building from 0 to 1 and excelling in high-growth tech companies. These are individuals poised to take the next leadership step - in their current companies or as founders. We are functionally agnostic - we’d love to see individuals making an outsized impact across product, engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and growth. Our jury of elite operator judges will select the first class of f7 Catalysts.
How to Apply
Applications are now open. Self and peer nominations are both welcome. The application process includes:
CV/ Resume submission (and/or Linkedin, Read.cv, Github, other portfolio of achievements).
How do you GSD (Get Shit Done)? What makes you an elite operator, in written or video format.

Applications will be accepted until Thursday, August 15, 2024.
Judging Process
Our judging panel, composed of experienced tech founders, operators & investors, will review the applications. The winners will be notified by Sept 9, 2024 and unveiled at our annual Bunfight (a lively gathering), which will recognize the f7 Catalysts on Sept 23rd.
We are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the operators who are making an impact and getting shit done.
